Jessica Steber | Accounts Whiz
Hi, I’m Jessica and I was delighted to join the team and my daughter at Shotover school in 2022. Originally from Dunedin I have called Queenstown home since 2013. My family and I love to enjoy the outdoor activities this stunning area has to offer such as hiking and biking. See you in the office or around the school.
Sarah Fletcher | Executive Officer
Originally from England, I have called Queenstown home since 2005 and feel fortunate and privileged to be raising my four children in this beautiful location and warm community.
During my time here I have worked hospitality before retraining to become an ECE teacher then into educational admin. I am very excited to join the team at Shotover Primary School in this challenging role. In my spare time I enjoy all things outdoors as well as multi-sport and adventure racing.
Brodie paterson | mission controller
Hi, I’m Brodie and am so excited to join my kids and the wonderful staff here at Shotover.
Originally from Southland, our family moved to Queenstown in 2016. My husband Anton and I love the outdoors - our children Luka and Zeva do too most of the time.
We feel lucky to be bringing our family up here, with the trails in the summer, the snow in the winter and the caring community that surrounds us.
I look forward to seeing you in the office or around the school.

Anna Browne | sports coordinator
I have been in Queenstown with my family since 2015 and we love exploring the great outdoors. We live in a magical part of the world. Sport has always been a big part of my life and I enjoy seeing the success of our Shotover students. We live in a fantastic community with incredibly supportive families.
I am in the office Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays organising all Shotover Primary Sports; Touch rugby and netball seasons as well as all Shotover Primary events, Wakatipu Zone and Central Otago Championship events for athletics, cross country, swimming sports, triathlon and orienteering. Opportunities are almost endless with Top Bike, mountain biking events and snowsports competitions included now too.

david white | building and groundskeeper
It was always our plan to spend the later years of our lives and retire in Queenstown.
After 35 years of sports retail in Southland the opportunity to become the caretaker at Shotover School came up in 2016.
This has been an amazing experience being part of the school growing from 250 students to 600+ and being involved in 2 additional learning spaces.
I enjoy being part of the Shotover Team and seeing our students progress through primary school to heading off to secondary school and furthering their development.
Everyday comes with its challenges which adds to the enjoyment of being here at Shotover.
